Grace Lutheran School provides before and after school care for children enrolled in our educational programs. We offer a convenient alternative to dropping your children off at a separate child care center and promise you the same loving care and attention we give all our students.
We are licensed by the State of Maryland Office of Child Care, and our caring staff is trained in child development, first aid and CPR, and current educational practices.
We have a limited number of spaces available for preschool-aged children in both our AM and PM classes. Children in preschool extended care participate in enrichment activities, arts and crafts, outdoor play time, and quiet rest time in the afternoons. We provide healthy snacks and beverages both morning and afternoon. Spaces are allotted on a first come, first served basis.
School age students in before school extended care are given time to complete school work, study for tests, or just enjoy fellowship and devotions with friends before starting their school day.
School age students in afternoon extended care have a dedicated homework period, healthy snack, outdoor play, arts and crafts, and game time.
During the summer, we also offer a summer program. Information for our summer program is available in March of each year.
