Our Pre-School uses The Frog Street Curriculum which incorporates center-based learning and learning through play!
2-Year-Old Preschool (Pre-K 2)
Two-day programs which include structured circle times, arts and crafts, and focus on cooperative play and basic academics, while helping to develop students’ social time and play.
3-Year-Old Preschool (Pre-K 3)
We stress growth of a positive self-image along with social interaction skills in a loving and nurturing Christian environment while expanding academic instruction in the basics of letter, number, color, and shape identification and much more!
4-Year-Old Preschool (Pre-K 4FD)
Along with continuing to develop good social interaction skills, Pre-K 4's will start the requisite academic skills of reading and math while incorporating some STEM activities.
Kindergarten
This is a well-rounded academic curriculum with strong emphasis on language development, literacy and math skills; science and social studies are thematic based. Â The students attend art, music, and PE classes weekly.
Elementary School (Grades 1 through 5)
This curriculum includes math, reading, language arts, science and social studies as their core classes. Music, P.E. and art courses are included on a weekly basis. Â Technology classes begin in 2nd grade, and Spanish instruction begins in 3rd grade.
Middle School (Grades 6 through 8)
Our core subjects of language arts, leveled math, social studies, and science are augmented with Spanish, P.E., music, technology, and art. Intramurals are a fun and favorite activity once a week.
Religious/Bible instruction is incorporated into every grade at Grace Lutheran School. Â Students participate in daily devotions, prayer and weekly chapel services.
